Scandinfo have a long and solid experience working with the housing and property development sector. We have over 100 clients within the sector for whom we conduct primarily customer satisfaction and brand studies, as well as projects related to new developments. Our customer satisfaction platform is a unique offering, where we measure tenant’s satisfaction levels continuously. This means that our clients always have an up to date view on customer satisfaction levels and are able to connect changes in customer satisfaction to specific events. Independent on the type of interaction a customer have with Länsförsäkringar, e.g. claim, consultation at the bank or a phone question, the goal is that every customer should be very satisfied. Scandinfo helps a number of the independent Länsförsäkringar companies to measure, develop and increase customer satisfaction based on our continuous measurements.
